The Qi Academy

In order to maximize the dissemination of healthy lifestyle knowledge to our guests, we have established the Qi Academy, which serves as our designated space for group activities.

The weekly itinerary of the Academy encompasses a diverse range of activities, such as outdoor strolls, exercise sessions, mind-body sessions, informative discussions on health and wellness, screenings of films and documentaries, interactive healthy cooking classes, exhibitions of art, live music performances, and numerous other offerings.

Morning Walks

Exploring our distinctive landscapes through leisurely strolls provides an authentic revitalization infused with Mediterranean energy. On a weekly basis, we embark on excursions to forests, engage in hikes, or indulge in beach jogs. Additionally, during optimal weather conditions, we extend the opportunity for Nordic walking in various Natural Parks.

Mind & Body Sessions

On a weekly basis, we organize group sessions of yoga, mindfulness, or meditation to attain an optimal equilibrium between the physical and mental aspects of well-being.

Fitness lifestyle

Maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle is another essential component for prolonging and enhancing one’s life. Each week, our team of personal trainers conducts group sessions, such as Total Body Condition, which focus on toning, stretching, and engaging various muscle groups to promote overall fitness.

Healthy Cooking Courses

Our culinary experts convert their recipes and techniques into interactive cooking classes. Our intention is to provide our guests with a fresh perspective on food, enabling them to comprehend the characteristics of each ingredient and gain fundamental knowledge of RQI Healthy Nutrition principles.

In these talks, the different RQI specialists share knowledge and go in-depth on different health and wellbeing topics.
