Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the hands, feet, or ears, which correspond to different organs and systems in the body, to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and support overall well-being.

Reflexology has been found to be beneficial in managing a range of health conditions, including but not limited to stress-related disorders, pain and musculoskeletal issues, digestive disorders, headaches and migraines, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, and circulatory problems. However, it’s important to note that reflexology should not be seen as a substitute for medical treatment.

The number of reflexology sessions recommended can vary depending on individual needs and goals. Generally, a series of sessions is recommended to experience the full benefits of reflexology. Initially, a few sessions spaced closely together, such as once or twice a week, may be suggested to address specific concerns. Afterward, maintenance sessions at regular intervals, such as once a month, can help sustain the benefits and support overall well-being. The exact number of sessions will be determined based on the individual’s response to treatment and their specific health condition.
